Question:

After getting out of service I was rated with 10% service conected disability and as the years have gone by it seems to be getting worse. All they seem to be doing is running more tests and they say the lungs seem to be afffected by the findings and now I have sleep apnea. They are still doing ct scans of my chest to see if there is any more scarring in my lungs. But I didnt know what to do to see if my disability compensation could get increased and what chances I would have.

Answer:

You can always file for an increase for your service-connected conditions and you can also file new claims which are related to your military service or are secondary to your service-connected conditions.
