We want to inform you that we have recently undergone some organizational restructuring, which has led to changes in our veteran services and programs. Regrettably, we will no longer be operating as a Veterans Service Organization (VSO) providing VA claims assistance.
However, we want to ensure that you still have access to resources for assistance with VA claims processing. Below, we have provided you with some resources to support you in this process.
If you are a wheelchair user or have a mobility disability and require general disability assistance or need help connecting with resources, we encourage you to reach out to our Resource Center Department. Our dedicated team of Information Specialists is available to assist you in finding the resources that best meet your requirements. You can contact our Resource Center by phone Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET (except federal holidays) at 1-800-962-9629, selecting Option #2 for the Resource Center. Alternatively, you can submit inquiries electronically via our “Just Ask Us” portal.
