America’s Heroes at Work (AHAW), a program administered by The U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS), is looking for success stories in hiring and retraining veterans with disabilities, specifically PTSD and TBI.

The approved stories will be featured on the AHAW website (www.americasheroesatwork.gov). Please visit the site to learn more about AHAW’s program. If you are an employer or employee with a positive story to tell, please contact Charlotte Roy at croy@diversitymc.com. AHAW will work with you to do interviews and write the copy for your internal approvals.

AHAW is also looking for stories from small businesses and manufacturers about success with employees with any disabilities. These stories may be featured throughout the year at DOL Office of Disability Employment Policy or vets events and seminars. AHAW may also ask you to tell these stories in person at these events.
